When software stops waiting for humans

The question

We built interfaces for human eyes because humans were the actors. As agents become the operating surface, the assumptions beneath product design begin to move.

Where this could lead

An essay is room to follow an argument beyond a single project: to examine the assumptions, consider the counterargument, and work out what survives.
